Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zuriin Thread, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience.

I. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed if approved.

II. Eligibility for Exchanges

We offer exchange options for eligible products subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange orders are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

III. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless received damaged or defective:

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, promotional offers, or clearance events
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Used, washed, damaged, or tag-removed products

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval.

IV. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

V. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

VI. Exchange Processing

  • Approved exchanges are processed based on product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, customers may receive:
    • Store credit
    • Alternative product options
    • Refund eligibility (if applicable)

VII. Return Shipping

In certain cases, customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the return is due to:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect
